Ordering Guidelines

All Customers

  1. You may place your order online or by phone at 1-888-616-7580.
  2. We currently have no order minimums.
  3. All orders will be checked within 48 hours of receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalizing.
  4. Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept any additions or deletions. Should you wish to have any item removed after the order has been packed, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the item(s) and repacking the order. The fee will be $10.00 or 20% of the cost of the items removed, whichever is the greater amount. Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines.
  5. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
  6. All payments will be taken and processed before an order is packed and shipped.
  7. LifeOrganics, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal, Certified Cheque or Money Order. Note: if paying by credit card please note that you will be billed by LifeOrganics upon fulfillment of order and prior to shipping.

Wholesale & Private Label Customers

  1. All above guidelines apply.
  2. Wholesale Clients: One of our wholesale representatives will get back to you within 1-2 business days to further process your order, if needed.
  3. Private Label Clients: Please speak with your assigned Account Manager to place a private label order. Regular process will follow from there.
