- We currently have no order minimums.
- All orders will be checked within 48 hours of receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalizing.
- Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept any additions or deletions. Should you wish to have any item removed after the order has been packed, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the item(s) and repacking the order. The fee will be $10.00 or 20% of the cost of the items removed, whichever is the greater amount. Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines.
- All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
- All payments will be taken and processed before an order is packed and shipped.
- LifeOrganics, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal, Certified Cheque or Money Order. Note: if paying by credit card please note that you will be billed by LifeOrganics upon fulfillment of order and prior to shipping.
Wholesale & Private Label Customers

- Wholesale Clients: One of our wholesale representatives will get back to you within 1-2 business days to further process your order, if needed.
- Private Label Clients: Please speak with your assigned Account Manager to place a private label order. Regular process will follow from there.
