Products

Are your products natural, organic, or certified organic?

All of the above! We use a variety of pure, premium, and natural unrefined ingredients in the formulation of our products. Many of our products utilize organic, certified organic, certified natural, and/or fair trade ingredients, as they are available. Each product label lists every ingredient and its classification.

What makes your products different from your competitors?

We offer a product that is both premium quality and affordable! In addition to exceptional quality at a great price, our products are always hand-crafted in small batches to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality. Lastly, our minimums are low, low low – we don’t require you to purchase thousands, or even hundreds in order to private label our products.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products undergo the gentlest system of preservation available, so it is with great confidence that we observe an approximate shelf life of 12 months with consistent and continual use of the products. Some of our products will last longer, depending on the blend, essential or botanical oils used, and proper storage. At 6-9 months (or so), some botanical oils/essential oils (if not stored properly in a cool environment) can become rancid and/or lose their potency. For any natural product with a mild preservative, use your best judgment. If it develops an odd odor, it should be disposed of. The use of fresh product is always best for optimal effect.

Do you manufacture your own products or do you outsource them?

Yes, here at LifeOrganics we formulate and manufacture all our own products. We are not a distributor of someone else’s products. They are manufactured at our headquarters in Chicago, IL (USA), and are not outsourced.

What ingredients do you use?

In that we use tons of rich, beneficial, delightful ingredients, it is simpler to say what we do not use. Our products are free of parabens, (SLES/SLS) sulfates, propylene glycol, petrochemicals (dioxane, petroleum, etc.), hexane, artificial colors, dyes, BPA, toxic chemicals, PABA, phthalates, and harsh/non-biodegradable preservatives.

At LifeOrganics, we believe in full disclosure. ALL ingredients– big or small– are listed on our product labels. There are absolutely no fillers, missing, or secret ingredients. What you see on our labels is exactly what you get!

Are LifeOrganics products hypoallergenic?

A dermatologically defined term, such as, hypoallergenic, is designated for describing products that may cause fewer, or less of, an allergic reaction. However, it is never to support any claims to be gentler on the skin, or produce asymptomatic results.  Currently, there aren’t any standards, which would require manufacturers to label products ‘hypoallergenic’.  However, at LifeOrganics, pride is taken into specially crafting products, using ONLY premium, natural, organic, and certified organic ingredients.

Are there minimum quantities for ordering your products?

We have some of the lowest minimums in the industry! For private label buyers, the minimum order is one case (32 units) of a particular product.

I already have bottles and labels. Can I purchase your product, and bottle it myself?

Yes! In this scenario, it is in your best interest to place a a standard “wholesale” order.  That way, you can receive large amounts of product at a reduced price, and simply bottle and resell them as you desire.

Can I customize bottle size, color, closures, etc.?

If you are a wholesale client that desires custom private label services, for an additional fee(s), bottle/jar sizes are fully customizable, as well as closures such as pumps, sprays, squirt, and flip/disc tops. Can I customize a product through private label services?

Absolutely!  We can tailor a product to suit the needs of your brand and client base.

Is the LifeOrganics private labeling program offered to clients outside of the United States?

Absolutely! There isn’t any destination too far that we are not willing to accomodate. Our ultimate goal is to globally satisfy the needs of all of our LifeOrganics clientele.

How long does the Private Label process take?

Private Label processing time is dependent upon which, and how many, services are being performed to customize the product. Ideally, the average turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks. Subsequent order are processed within 10-15 business days.

What are my options for bottles?

We offer various bottle and jar shapes, sizes and colors that hold from 1 to 16 ounces of product. Click here to view packaging options. If you desire a particular type of bottle that we don’t currently carry, it may still be available as a custom order, so feel free to send an inquiry about it!

What kind of materials are your bottles composed of?

The majority of our bottles and jars are made of PET, or PETE , a BPA-free plastic that we encounter from day to day. PET is globally known as a safe, recyclable plastic and can be recycled to reuse the material out of which they are made and to reduce the amount of waste going into landfills.

Can I customize bottle size, color, closures, etc.?

I want to sell my own products and this is my first business venture. Is there someone who can walk me through the process?

Yes! That is what our Private Label Program is all about. Upon enrolling in the program, you will be provided an Account Manager to assist you through the process. We can help you create your product line from start to finish, providing any support and services you may need throughout.


Other Services

Do you offer label design services?

We offer a complete spectrum of design services through our services partner. We can use your company logo to create your custom label, or we can work with you to create the design you envision on your product. If you already have your label design, we can print and/or apply them onto the products for you by using your jpeg, png, or source file formats.


General Questions

What is the turnaround time for orders?

We have a standard processing time of 7-10 business days for repeat wholesale orders. For items that are in stock, it can be shorter. For bulk wholesale orders, turnaround times vary; however drums are processed within 15-20 business days. Private label orders are processed immediately, and typical orders are received within 6-8 weeks.

Due to the nature of the products that we create and sell, we do short run (smaller batches) often, which helps preserve the efficacy of the raw ingredients within. We use non-harsh, toxin-free, and biodegradable preservatives in order to keep them as “fresh” as possible: which guarantees a “reasonable use” shelf life. Consequently, our extensive care in managing the integrity, and quality of our product slighty increases the turnaround time. We produce larger orders on request, and smaller batches mean greater quality control and freshness.

What is your return policy?

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns once the order has been completed and shipped. Returns are not allowed on completed private label products, and wholesale products must be unopened and unused before a return authorization can be issued. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization.

Is there an incentive program or “Customer Loyalty” discount for return customers/frequent shoppers?

Yes! LifeOrganics offers programs with features such as: bulk and volume discounts, repeat customer discounts, and auto shipping.
